Place the lamb leg meat on a roast pan. Add salt to the surface. Make small cuts to add salt and garlic, add salt into the cuts, add fresh garlic into the cuts. Roast for half an hour per pound; one hour in the video, because the meat weighed 2 pounds. One hour per kilogram. You can also add any seasoning you like; preferably unsalted, or, if you have seasoning with salt, use only that and don’t add salt in the beginning.
