Keto breakfast, Egg, Squash, Leeks, broccoli

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 summer squashes, half leeks, Havarti cheese, salt and butter for egg and squash, and frozen broccoli for the side. Add butter into the fry pan. Add chopped leeks. Stir and fry, Add chopped summer squash,  Add salt to the eggs,  Add eggs to the mix, Cover for one minute. Boil or steam broccoli, add to the side of the omelette.
