COSMETOLOGY; Fun "Shatter Nail" design with O.P.I. polish

Fast and Easy: Apply the gold polish first on the nail, (any color polish will do, though), apply a second coat of the gold polish, then apply the O.P.I. Shatter Nail Polish- Deep Asphalt Black with a "Shattered" texture. Add shine with a top coat. Many color combinations and fun designs could be created with "Shatter" nail polish. Other colors are available, although black seems to be a versatile color. Good for Halloween, parties; fun for kids and adults.
