COSMETOLOGY: FUN NAIL ART, "The Swirl" with China Glaze

Fast and easy: design the rings of color using China Glaze nail polish in a small bowl of water, make c shapes by swirling the rings around; dip the natural nail and/or artificial nail into the desired shape. Finish the nail with the sealer/top coat for shine. Anyone can do it!
