Apply the color by adding it into the airbrush machine and spraying it onto the hair. The lighter the hair, the more vibrant the haircolor will be. This bright hot pink color is applied to pre-lightened hair. It has a semi-permanent effect on the hair and has a pH of 7, which is the same pH as water, so it would not damage your hair.
