Haircut: Layers; Razor, Scissors

Learn a trick to create volume at the crown area with razor haircut. Haircutting with a razor is fast and easy; it is best for blending, texturizing and creating soft edges. The client wanted to save her length, so it was used as a guideline. First the hair at the back of the head was elevated to 180-degree angle with long vertical sections to the crown area and cut with scissors. Then the top and the side sections were cut to match the back. The fringe area was cut next by using a razor. The top crown area was texturized to add volume. This is a beginner's haircutting demo/video for cosmetologists, beauty school students, salon professionals to learn how to use a razor and scissors for one haircut, and how to blend uneven layers.
